The customer service was great. I did not see the arrangement, but the recipient of the flowers was very pleased. I will use Dooley's Florist and GIfts again.

I was mad at first because I asked to make sure my mom was home first, which the worker didn't do. Then I asked her to call my mom, but she chose to text her instead which I thought was a real chicken shit move. But my mom called and sd the flowers where exceptional and that she enjoyed purchasing from Dooley's in the past which I didn't know because I now live in Az. I had not been able to do anything for my mom in a long time and am grateful it turned out well and would choose Dooley's in the future. Many thanks to the floral arranger. The process for online ordering and paying for the flowers was very simple. I called the flower shop the day before they were to be delivered because I had to add a name to the card. No problem. I then received a note today from the recipient and she remarked how beautiful the flowers were. Thank you Dooley’s Florist and Gifts!
